Mixed Martial Arts, also known as MMA, is a full-contact combat sport that utilizes both striking and grappling, borrowing techniques from various martial arts such as Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Each MMA session is a highly intense, full-body workout where practitioners will rapidly improve in strength, stamina, and overall technique. Our coaches place a strong emphasis on safety in training and ‘tough guy’ attitudes are not tolerated. MMA is easy to learn and open to all levels for those training for fun or for competition (no experience necessary).
