Core Combat Kids – Our fun and engaging kids class is focused on developing confidence and discipline through martial arts training. Your child will develop coordination, balance, and fitness from our drills, conditioning, and games. Suitable for children of all levels of fitness and ability, recommended ages 4-7 & 8-15.

Core Combat Fitness – Fitness-focused kickboxing & circuit training designed to help you lose weight, improve fitness, and gain confidence. The goal is to sweat, smile, and have a great time! No experience needed, all abilities are welcome.

Core Combat Martial Arts – Built upon the fundamental framework of the Core Combat Unlimited system, our martial arts class explores technique, concepts, and theories of our various styles in order to apply them in a progressive and ‘live’ manner. Each class typically involves conditioning, stretching, partner drills, pad work, grappling, sparring, and weapons sparring. Suitable for practitioners of all levels and abilities.

Private Training – Personal training in fitness, martial arts, and athletic conditioning. Fine tune your personal growth and development to meet your specific needs, working one-on-one, with our certified instructors.

Jeet Kune Do (JKD) – ‘The Way of the Intercepting Fist’. Bruce Lee’s hybrid system of Fencing, Boxing, Savate, and Wing Chun. Strong emphasis on footwork, evasive movement, and direct, explosive striking.

MMA – Mixed Martial Arts, also known as ‘MMA’, is a full-contact combat sport that utilizes striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from various combat sports and martial arts.

Urban Combatives – Urban Combatives (UC) was established in 1999. It is an Internationally recognized organization that installs personal security and self protection skills as a method of counter violence. It was primarily created for the every day civilian, but has adaptability for security, law enforcement and military units and has been taught to all right up to elite special forces all over the world.

Filipino Martial Arts (Kali / Eskrima / Arnis) – Martial arts from the Philippines developed through the use weapons. Students are taught to be proficient with a single stick, double sticks, knives, blades and other weapons along with an effective empty hand system.

Panantukan – An empty hand sub-system of Filipino Martial Arts which derives its movements from the patterns of knife fighting. Notable for its use of ‘guntings’, attacks used to destroy an attacker’s limbs. Popularized and made famous by the Jason Bourne movie franchise. Check out our free Panantukan Online Course here.

Pentjak Silat – The indigenous martial arts of Malaysia & Indonesia, which are comprised of traditional dance, striking, locking, breaking, throws, and weaponry. A great example of Silat in action is the 2011 movie ‘The Raid’.

Wing Chun Gung Fu – A Chinese martial art of self-defense that utilizes trapping, striking, and grappling, with a specialized focus on close-ranged combat. Recently made famous by the Yip Man series, starring Donnie Yen. (Taught within our Jeet Kune Do class).

Savate – Boxe Française, also known as Savate, is a French kickboxing art that uses the hands and feet as weapons combining elements of western boxing with graceful kicking techniques. Savate is one of the few styles of kickboxing in which the fighters are required to wear shoes for practice and competition.
